Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luntrack fitness and nutrition tracking application ("Service"), operated by Luntrack ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using Luntrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Luntrack. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@luntrack.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

You may not create accounts for other people without their permission, use a false identity, or create more than one account per person.

Subscriptions and Payments

Luntrack offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Elite). Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe, Inc.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Settings page. After submitting a cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation link at your registered email address.

For security, cancellation requires email confirmation. Once confirmed, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made after that date.

Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are issued exclusively by Luntrack administration through the internal system. There is no self-service gifting mechanism — only Luntrack can grant a gift subscription to another user.

Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once activated
Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled by the recipient
No monetary refunds are provided for gift subscriptions under any circumstances

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Luntrack only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service
Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it
Share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to access your account

The Luntrack Mobile App

The Luntrack mobile application for iOS and Android is part of the same Service and is covered by these Terms. Your account, subscription, and data are shared between the website and the app.

Subscriptions: paid plans (Pro and Elite) are purchased and managed on the Luntrack website. The mobile app does not sell subscriptions or process payments — it reflects the plan already active on your account.
AI features: AI-powered features (nutrition assistant, meal-photo recognition, coach chat) are subject to fair-use limits that depend on your plan. Limits reset on a daily and monthly basis and may be adjusted with notice.
Leaderboard content: by submitting a personal-record video you confirm that the footage is yours, shows you performing the lift, and contains no unlawful, explicit, or offensive content. Submissions pass automated verification and may be reviewed by moderators. We may reject or remove any submission and restrict leaderboard access for repeated abuse. You grant Luntrack a limited license to store and display your submitted videos to other users as part of the leaderboard feature; you may request removal of your video at any time.
Health data and run tracking: step counts, run distance, pace, and calorie estimates shown by the app are informational only — the Health and Fitness Disclaimer below applies to them in full.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Important: Luntrack provides general fitness and nutrition information for informational purposes only. The AI-generated content, calorie calculations, macro recommendations, and workout suggestions are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition.

Luntrack is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use of information provided by the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Luntrack product — including its software, design, logos, and original content — is owned by Luntrack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the personal data you input (your workouts, meals, body metrics, etc.). By entering data into Luntrack, you grant us a limited license to process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Luntrack without our express written permission.

Certain features of the Service operate using third-party AI technologies, including Groq, Claude AI (Anthropic), and Authopia AI. These are used under their respective licensing terms and do not hold any ownership rights over the Luntrack product.

User data transmitted to AI providers is used solely to process your requests and is not used to train AI models.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the account Settings page. Upon deletion, your access to the Service and all associated data is permanently removed.

Termination by Luntrack

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUNTRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR HEALTH-RELATED OUTCOMES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

EU users: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date — and for any material change we will also email every registered account a summary of what changed. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
