Refund Policy

At Luntrack, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Luntrack Pro and Elite plans.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with Luntrack Pro or Elite for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your initial charge and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and covers the initial charge on a new subscription.
Subscription Renewals
After the initial 7-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly renewal charges after the first billing period
- Cases where you forgot to cancel before a renewal date
- Partial use of a subscription period
However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue refunds at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances (e.g., a billing error on our part, technical issues that prevented access to the Service).
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing date:

Open Settings
Log in to Luntrack and navigate to the Settings page.

Find Subscription
Scroll to the Subscription section and click "Cancel Subscription."

Confirm cancellation
Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free tier automatically.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the gift code has been redeemed by the recipient. Unredeemed gift codes may be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact us with your order details.
EU Consumer Rights
For EU/EEA users: Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital services. However, by using Luntrack immediately after subscribing, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the service has begun. Our 7-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@luntrack.com with:
- The email address associated with your Luntrack account
- The date of the charge you'd like refunded
- A brief reason for your request (optional but helpful)
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
